Guestcard
Guestcards can be used as payment in the restaurants and bars. Guestcards cannot be used as payment in the supermarket or for bike hire. You can view what items have been charged to your Guestcard on My Roompot, as well as what the total spend is.
Guestcards can be used at participating parks until Monday, 20 May 2024. It won't be possible to use the Guestcard to pay for food and drink after that date. What if you are not able to redeem the balance before then? Then we will send you a refund for any balance remaining, as soon as possible. We will email you about this.
