Activity program

Every Tuesday morning there is a baby and toddler party in the hot tub. Various materials are available in the pool and we play some pleasant music. All this under the guidance of an expert instructor. Children from 3 months to 4 years old can participate.

This course is designed for people who suffer to some or greater extent from rheumatism. Various mobilising, relaxation and skill exercises are covered, using a variety of materials. In the hot tub, exercises are given to maintain the joints and muscles. Flexibility and strength exercises are also covered. All under the guidance of an expert instructor.

An intensive workout aimed at improving fitness and increasing muscle strength. The class consists of a mix of swimming forms and exercises in and around the pool.
